Welcome to my series, Pantry Restock Friday! Every week I’ll be sharing a new recipe that you can use to start building your homemade pantry🙌🏻 This week is Mac & Cheese! Yes, like boxed Mac & cheese but make it homemade😋 Full recipe👇🏼 1 1/4 cup pasta 2 tbsp cheese powder 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 pepper (optional) Store in a pint size jar. To make: Add jar of Mac & cheese, 1 1/4 cup water, and 2 tbsp butter to a small pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until the pasta has absorbed all of the liquid. Stir in 1/4 cup milk in Cook until you have a creamy, thick sauce. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Add extra shredded cheese if your heart desires😉 Seal using @FORJARS lids and vacuum sealer for best results. #healthyswaps #homemaderecipe #ingredientsmatter #homemademacncheese #macandcheese

To make: Cook (or microwave) 1 cup dry mix and 1 cup water until soft and thickened.
