LACTATION COOKIE RECIPE: Save & Share these ⚡️ 3 cups rolled oats ⚡️ 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour ⚡️ 5 tbsp brewers yeast ⚡️ 3 tbsp flaxseed ⚡️ 1/2 tsp baking powder ⚡️ 1/2 tsp baking soda ⚡️ 1 tsp cinnamon ⚡️ dash of salt ⚡️ 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 stick) cold butter ⚡️ 4 tbsp coconut oil ⚡️ 1 egg & 1 yolk ⚡️ 2 tsp vanilla extract ⚡️ 1 1/2 cup mix ins 1. Mix butter and coconut oil 2. Add sugar and mix 2 min 3. Add eggs & vanilla extract and mix 2 min 4. Add all dry ingredients 5. Add mix ins Scoop on cookie tray and bake 350 for 10 min (small) & (13ish min for large) You can bake ahead then freeze and pull out when you want some (i made 3 bags of small 5ct cooked cookies).
