I struggled to read through the Bible for 20 years because I always approached it like a book and could never make it through the Old Testament. Charles Stanley puts this together in a way so that you read from 4 sections every day: Old Testament, Psalm, Proverbs and New Testament. This is my 5th time through the Bible this year because this method worked for me!

Replying to @user7951040542967 This is the Charles Stanley Life Principles Daily #Bible It’s in the NASB version which is even more word for word accurate than KJV and DOES contain the Bible verse that is missing in many translations. I failed year after year to read the Bible in full because I couldn’t get out of the Old Testament because it was boring to me. Ohhhhhh boy. Today was a great reminder on how horrible #gossip is. This #book is how I finally got through the #Bible in 1 year! It takes a about 15 minutes a day. Open it up, find your day and read the daily reading of the Old Testament, Psalm, Proverbs and the New Testament.

It is important to read through the #Bible but do you have to start in Genesis? I never could so this #dailydevotional Bible by Charles Stanley was an incredible help for me and allowed me to finally read through the Bible.
