Roasted Garlic Butter Chicken & Rice 🧄🍗🍚✨ made with Nara Smith’s Roasted Garlic Oil from Algae Cooking Club and OMGGG this came out so good 🤌🏼 For the chicken: I seasoned my chicken the night before with Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper, onions, fresh garlic + a generous drizzle of roasted garlic oil. To cook: 🧄 Heat roasted garlic oil in a pan over medium heat 🍗 Add the chicken and cook for about 15–20 minutes, flipping throughout, until fully cooked. Remove and set aside. For the garlic butter rice: 🍚 In the SAME pan (don’t wash it—we want all that flavor!!), add a little more roasted garlic oil, chopped onions, fresh garlic + butter. 🧈 Let the butter melt, then add 1 cup of washed, uncooked rice. ✨ Toast the rice until lightly golden. 💧 Add 2 cups of water + ½ packet of chicken bouillon seasoning. 🥘 Cover and cook for about 15–20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
