Just to clarify: the African net sponge alone didn’t magically get rid of my bacne 😭 but it’s been one of the biggest things that helped my routine. Being able to actually reach and properly cleanse my whole back consistently made a huge difference. I also started using salicylic acid/body acne wash, exfoliating regularly, changing shirts after sweating, and keeping my bedsheets clean.
